Obviously NBC has zero respect for the show, and won't promote it. but the fact that it's been renewed means the fans will get another season - and that's all that matters :) i’m happy scrubs is back. Though I have to say that I worry NBC is going to "not-promote" it to its death, like it's tried to do for 5 seasons.
