I love how he tried so hard to be nice and caring and sounded like a dumbass. Kind of makes you wonder why they spent a season rehabbing the character if they were just going to pull that, though. I was so touched by Michael and Pam's moment. Michael does care so much about his company and employees. Nice touch by the director to place a bat in the office. I sure hope he directs more of the episodes. Is there a chance? Did you see the deleted scene with Karen? OMG, still jealous. Dwight, Michael, Jim, and Pam were at their best this episode.
