Looks like Any Richter is out of a job yet again. NBC has pulled the plug on his well received, yet ratings starved comedy ANDY BARKER, P.I. after a mere four airings. The sitcom is the third sitcom failure for star Andy Richter since leaving his post as Conan O’Brien’s sidekick in 2000. Needless to say, after three sitcom cancellations, one thing is clear. Andy Richter most definitely doesn’t control the universe.

They are going to air the final 2 episodes on Saturday the 14th, though. heh

Can’t say I’m surprised. I’ve never even heard of the show and I actually watch NBC.

OMG! Although it is not surprising, I was impressed with the series and I did seriously like it. Too bad. NBC should have a bit more faith on a show so it can build momentum. Imagine life without “The Office” because of the dismal ratings of the first season.

I’ve been watching every episode since the premiere because, as I told my wife, “This show is great and it has Andy Richter! We better watch it now, cause I know it’s not gonna last…”

I guess the masses just don’t dig his style, but I love the sugar-sweet mannerisms.
