“‘Why aren’t there any woman on the creative side?’ David Eick just called NBC President Ben Silverman a girl! But seriously, apparently all the woman who make the decisions at the network are woman.”: None of those words that now read “woman” should be spelled that way.

“Our words, not there’s.”: You mean “theirs.”

“Jessical Alba, Jennifer Garnet”: Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner.

Also, if you could contain your “women are here as sex objects” talk, that would be fantastic.
