Writer, perhaps? Ooh, co-creator even??? Now, that would be great. Something about her personality and her desire to be a producer on GG makes me think she'd be capable of being a writer or co-creator. I hope the new show will be a one-hour "dramedy" like GG, Boston Legal, Ugly Betty, or Men In Trees. If it's a half-hour sitcom, I hope it's at least a one-camera/no-laugh-track comedy like Scrubs or The Office. I think she's too funny to be on a straight-up drama unless she plays a quirky or comic relief type character. Also, I'm sure she's got a good acting range, but I'd hate for her to be *too* different from the side of her we know and love on GG. For instance, I wouldn't enjoy seeing her be a mean/b***hy/underhanded type character like Glenn Close's Patty Hewes on Damages or an airhead like, well, I have no example. It would be interesting to see LG as a doctor or lawyer, except for the fact that there are already enough doctors & lawyers on TV already. I'd like to see her as a corporate executive, teacher/professor, radio talk show host, psychiatrist, journalist, multi-kid homemaker, scientist, or sci-fi/fantasy heroine. I'm trying to resist the urge to say cop. I can't see her as a cop, but maybe that means she'd be compelling as one.
