I really liked Katherine Heigl/Izzie in seasons 1 & 2, but ever since season 3 I am in the I-hate-Izzie group. The George/Izzie cryng scene on the last episode just made me roll my eyes. But overall I did like the episode.

And I second Pushing Daisies! The whole main cast is pretty amazing.

For me, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, and Private Practice are all becoming mediocre. They're usually among the last three I get around to on TiVo. I just barely paid attention to the last two episodes of Ugly Betty. I think its newness has worn off. Plus, the on-again-off-again Betty/Henry relationship is getting old.

Unfortunately, I'm not totally in to Women's Murder Club. In it's defense, it has interesting characters, excellent writing, good casting, and great performances. For those reasons, I actually wish that I liked it more. I just don't think murder mystery of-the-week type shows appeal to me too much.

Pushing Daisies was a little better this week. I still get the feeling I'm not going to love this show as others do, but I was more interested than usual in this week's storyline. The excessive narration, blatant cuteness, and gaudy color schemes continue to bug me though.

In a way, I'm *almost* glad there's a writers strike coming. Maybe the break from *excessive* TV watching will give me greater appreciation for the really good shows (Chuck, Heroes, Journeyman, House, Boston Legal, Men In Trees, Stargate: Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica, Lost, Jericho), and allow me to more easily shake off mediocre or declining shows, like the ones mentioned above (which seem to conveniently fall mostly on Wed & Thurs nights), so that I might actually read a book or two, take on a carpentry project, or get out of the house more often. ;) Plus, Oscar-type movies will start coming out between Dec and Feb, so that will take up some time too.

I hate that this strike is happening now that Grey's has become so great again. I'm loving the addition of Hahn and of course, anytime George and Izzie suffer because of their "relationship" it's a good thing.

Pushing Daisies needs to sweep the Emmys. :D

Yea, Hahn's "are you 2 a couple?" and "pretty and prettier" were funny. Christina's words about awareness and overcoming problems was so true, I burst out laughing. =) Grey is doing well. (And of course, here comes the writers strike!)

I fast forwarded through that George/Izzie scene. It was horrible! Most of the George/Izzie scenes are cringe worthy, at best, but this one really took the cake.

Loving Hahn as well.

I agree with linda. I didn't like the Izzie breakdown and Georges reaction was even worse. But I agree, I love Hahn, not only for pretty and prettier but also for: Are you to a couple?

OMG - I hated that scene w/ George and Izzie where she was all high pitched and overacting. I think at one point, only my dogs could hear her.
