Tonight’s TV Addictions: January 22, 2009

WHAT WE’RE WATCHING:
GREY’S ANATOMY (9PM ABC, CTV in Canada)
As her young patient’s condition worsens, Bailey seeks desperately for an organ donor. While the rest of us yell at our TV screens… “Hey Bailey, there’s a guy on death row right down the hall!”

THE OFFICE (9PM NBC, Global in Canada)
The Dunder Mifflin denizens engage in a debate over the beauty of actress Hilary Swank. Begging the question, which side do you fall on: Hot or Not?

SUPERNATURAL (9PM CW, CityTV in Canada)
As if we’re not about to tune into an episode titled “Criss Angel is a Douche Bag”

NEW & NOTABLE:
CSI (9PM CBS, 8PM CTV in Canada)
Change we’re not sure we believe in. It’s Laurence Fishburne’s first official day as a CSI.

BONES (9PM FOX)
With American’s being such enormous hockey fans (please note sarcasm), one can’t help but wonder if it would have behooved the proverbial powers that be to have held off on NHL great Luc Robitaille guest spot until sweeps.

THE RACHEL MADDOW SHOW (9PM MSNBC)
Is it wrong that we’re already kind of missing Maddow’s nightly staple “Lame Duck Watch”

  • Ace

My DVR is not strong enough to handle The Office, Grey’s and Bones all at the same time. Much as it cannot handle Gossip Girl, Chuck and House at the same time or Scrubs, Fringe and Privileged at the same time. Yes, I like TV, but why are all of the shows I watch on at the same freaking time?? Boo tv executives, boo. At least LOST seems to be competition free.

  • Ace – I’m with you brother. Since Bones was at the same time as Supernatural and Grey’s even though I want to get into it (watched a marathon and loved it) I can’t keep up.

  • Ace

    Haha, Shanna. I’m a girl, not a “brother” :-P.

  • Kirma Cammy

Does Supernatural still play on CityTV in Canada? Because I live in Toronto and it’s never on… Did it change stations?
