It's fast-paced, high energy, funny, and it has heart. If you love good creative, this is the show for you. Set in the ad world, you get a glimpse of both sides of the biz, both fun and frazzled. The show has it's problems but Tom Cavanagh and Eric McCormack make the show worth watching. I think Tom Cavanagh is truly the star of the show and I think the show wouldn't be the same if he wasn't one of the main characters. I think the show could work on the advertising storylines and the supporting cast needs work as well, but I am going to continue watching the show.
