This was the one network that has given some thought to the fact that African Americans would like to watch shows that represent them too. Should have known that wouldn’t last. Guess if CW cuts the game and Everybody Hates Chris I’ll have to cut the CW, which I hope all other African Americans decide to do as well.

Shame on CW. First they canceled “All of Us” then they canceled “Girlfriends” now they are trying to cancel “The Game” and Everybody Hates Chris” the only remaining shows that reaches out to African American audiences. Really, it is not fair. They should leave “The Game” alone. There are a lot of people who love watching it.

I hope they pick up Everybody hates Chris it’s one of the VERY FEW shows we can watch as a family! Privileged is also a guilty pleasure for me! Much better than 90210 which I stopped watching after the first two episodes

the cw is like the most unimaginative station…
but i would be lying if i said that its not the channel my TV is on cw 9 times out of 10…i am looking forward to a Melrose place remake i used to watch that show every Monday after 90210 back in the day…but BOO about the game possibly BEING CANCELED….AND THANK GOD FOR ANOTHER SEASON OF SUPERNATURAL WOOOFREEKINGHOO

Ostroff. Just the mere mention makes me cringe. Here she is again, spouting how her network is “the destination for young women,” completely ignoring that the male sex even exists, or would ever want to watch a CW show. Baby, wake up. Your top-rated show, Smallville, is a guy magnet. So is Supernatural. So is Reaper. Is this why you ignore hyping them?

Can’t the CW execs get it in their thick skulls, the WB shot to pop/icon greatness by programming to “TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS.” No one was excluded. It was a lineup with much diversity, not all soap clones of each other. Lily and Melrose? Really? This is what you’re pinning your fall hopes on? Man, that vampire show better be good.

And re: 90210….thank heavens for Matt Lanter. He may just save this sinking show. The problem was, too few truly hot guys and girls. Adam Gregory was about it, prior to Matt’s arrival.

I don’t understand how Dawn Ostroff still has a job. It just doesn’t make sense. The ironic thing is that one of the shows she doesn’t hype, Supernatural, is one of the best performing on the network. It just shows how clueless she is.

And I’m still bitter about Veronica Mars. Why? Because Gossip Girl’s ratings aren’t any better than VM’s were, yet Ostroff acts like it’s the new Grey’s Anatomy! WTF?
