I 100% agree with you! This is something that has really annoyed me for a long time so I am glad to hear that someone else hates it too! I used to work as a web designer and one of the first rules that I learned was never to have video, animation or music come up automatically on a page. Sooo annoying!

I’ve heard that ABC’s grip on Pushing Daisies ends in September, so we’ll probably get a DVD around then (hopefully before!).

I also hate those ads but for another reason…sometimes my little ‘ol laptop does not like video, so it pretty much shuts down my computer. errr.

I recently went to abc.com to watch the latest ep of ‘lost’ i missed ‘live.’ and I, too, hated that video automatically running while I was in search of the ep. lol total irritating and made me wait until I could pause the video and then do what I wanted to do. lol Oh yea, totally agree w/ that pet peeve TVA! =)

a) Welcome back. For some reason I feel like it’s been forever since I heard from you.

b) LIFE ON MARS is definitely worth your time in the summer. Especially since ABC was cool enough to cancel the show with enough time left so that the producers might craft a proper ending.

c) My best bet for when you’ll be able to see the remaining episodes of PUSHING DAISIES and ELI STONE is in the summer, either on screen or on DVD.

I thought your Pet Peeve regarding ABC was going to be about them cancelling yet another show.

While I didn’t watch Life on Mars, I did think it looked pretty interesting and was going to catch up w/ it this summer.

I’m still hoping ABC will air the remaining episodes of Pushing Daisies and Eli Stone. Any idea if they will?
