They better not cancel Chuck!!! Just when things were starting to get predictable for that show, it goes in a new direction, and dammit, I want to find out what happened after the 2nd season cliff hanger! Although if it DOES get picked up, how much do y'all want to bet that the writers will be pressured to jump the shark and ruin it anyway just for sweeps week?? I agree with those that think that Chuck is probably doomed, unfortunately. The same thing happened with Veronica Mars on CW. They put it up against House and it only lasted three seasons, and the third season was shoddily written. I'm hoping that Chuck does NOT have the same fate, but I'm worried that it does.

Honestly, I think ratings systems really need to be changed in order to include episodes watched legally online on sites like this one, hulu, fancast, etc. and those that TiVo shows, because most people do that these days...it doesn't give the underdog shows a fair shake not to count the TiVo'ed viewers, too.

I may try Day One...i'll see how it goes. The problem with shows now is that you just don't know how long there'll last.

Trauma will most likely do well; all it has to do is be glossy like the CSI's and fast paced like ER.

I'll defin. watch Parenthood and Mercy. Very much looking forward to them.
100 Questions looks retarded and I'm not really into disaster stuff.
I might watch Community but I'm not sure.

How did 100 Questions ever get picked up? Mercy looks like a Grey's rip off, but you can see why NBC would be interested in that, and the rest all look good. Day One is probably the one I'm more excited about. I hadn't even heard about Parenthood until today, but the cast is excellent.

Does anyone know if the new show Mercy is based in Charlotte, North Carolina? I know I read about a month ago about a new hospital drama being based in Charlotte, but I can't remember what the name of it was supposed to be. There is a Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) - Mercy in Charlotte, so this might be the one. There again, Mercy is a common name for a hospital.

Anyway, Mercy looks like it has a pretty good cast. Oddly, my chances of watching it depend partially on whether it's based in North Carolina and whether Chuck gets renewed.
