I’m not sure of the name of the episode but my favorite is the one where Colin dies. Amy’s anger and Andy’s guilt were powerful.

  • Jefferson

Thanksgiving episode (“Family Dynamics”). Drama, drama and oh…Betty White? C’mon!

  • Jefferson

Oh wait. Family Dynamics isn’t the Thanksgiving episode…that was “Unhappy Holidays,” the episode before “Family Dynamics.” Sorry.

My favorite episode is Just Like In the Movies when we get introduced to Tommy who plays the bad boy character to the hilt. I still think they really messed that one up in the long run.

  • Katrina

Your Future Awaits. When Amy tells Ephram how she really feels. <3

I really liked the episode “Three Miners From Everwood.” Anything with James Earl Jones rocks in my book. :)

All of Season 2 was great, but my favorite episode has to be 18 – Last Look. I’ve always been a fan of Irv’s narration and this episode had a particulary lovely one after Ephram and Madison finally part ways.

“A heart is a fragile thing. That’s why we protect them so vigorously, give them away so rarely, and why it means so much when we do. Some hearts are more fragile than others, purer somehow, like crystal in a world of glass. Even the way they shatter is beautiful.”

    Oh I love Everwood!

The season finale “The Day is Done”. The whole season is fantastic and
drama filled, it is amazing to see it end on a happy note. I remember being so happy when Amy is on the plane. Plus, Doc Brown paying off Madison to not tell Ephram about the baby. Jeepers! That’s good TV, nay, GREAT TV!

My favorite season 2 episode is also the first one I saw when I started watching the show. It’s the one when Ephram and Madison start getting physically intimate and he…embarrasses himself with her and goes home upset. His dad asks him about it but can tell he shouldn’t push the subject when Ephram doesn’t want to describe the problem.

I thought the whole Madison/Ephram scene was very well acted, and the Andy/Ephram scene is my favorite of the two of them, because Andy offers nonjudgmental support and can just tell that his son needs it without asking a bunch of questions to find out the specific issue. Their father/son vibe was so great here, especially since Andy wasn’t happy with the whole Madison-and-Ephram-dating thing in the first place.

I think this episode was “No Sure Thing.”

  • Mel

The season finale when Ephram and Amy go to new york together!

  • Michelle S.

It’s hard to choose, but I think my favorite would be the season finale, “The Day is Done,” partly because I was such a huge Amy/Ephram fan and that was such a wonderful episode for them, partly because of Andy bribing Madison (didn’t see that coming at all), and finally because of the bagel shoppe. Hee! It was such a great season of TV overall, though. I still miss this show.

I’d would have to say episode 1, The Last of Summer, because it was when the show finally came back and we’d get the opportunity to reconnect with the characters we loved. Even thou it is better episode in the season, it stayed with me the most afterwards.

  • Kayla

Do I have to pick just one episode? Hmm… I’m going to have to say ‘Three Miners From Everwood” was my favorite of the season if for no other reason than it really stuck with me after watching it. I mean, a lot of Everwood episodes do, but that one especially for some reason. Plus, as someone else said: James Earl Jones. How can that be anything but awesome?

  • Jonah

The Day Is Done-definitely! Amy/Ephram together is amazing and it was awesome for them.

  • Dana

The Day is Done, the season finale, Ephram and Amy finally get together, Bright is awesome, Harold and Andy go into practice together :) and Andy turning Madison away is a great plot point that gets worked out through several seasons! TV continuity! Not going through stories so quickly! This show was amazing!

  • Louise

218 Last Looks, when Ephram and Madison break up. I was one of the few who loved them together. Do you wanna see me cry? Make me watch it. Waterworks guaranteed.

  • Monkey

Its def between the Last Of Summer & The Day is Done.
Lordy I miss this show :(

  • Amber

The Day is Done…I love Dr. Abbott and his bagel shop!

  • Mrubinoff

Everwood was one of the best shows on television with a first class ensemble. If I have to select a favourite episode from Season 2 it would have to be The Last Summer, only because Merrilyn Gann was deservedly added to the opening credits.

  • Heather

The Season Premiere because I waited all summer to see what happened to Colin.
