disco was officially killed (disco demolition night was 7/12/79)
“empire strikes” back was released (3/5/79)

did you know that the incoming high school freshman was born in 1995? they’ve probably never seen a record OR a tape. they’ve never had to get up to change the TV channel. they were only FIVE or SIX and therefore, don’t remember 9/11. never knew that michael jackson was one of the biggest pop stars EVER (they’ve only seen the scary side of the last few years). most probably had iPods before they were out of diapers. LOL

Yea, CT, I am w/ U, the oldest person on BB was 40? Puh leeze! I swear the rest of the ‘cast” (if u can call them that) were all 20 something. And then we got meathead Jessie back, who bragged about 20 lbs more muscle. Ew. LIke he needed more of that. Steroid abuse anyone?

I’ve actually never seen it b/c things like that also make me nauseous, but I just remember all the hub-bub when it came out. Esp that insane show on the History Channel that made everyone believe that it was a real documentry.

#6 Apparently it is the 10th anniversary of the Blair Witch Project. I feel like that movie came out forever ago…but no, it came out in 1999 when I was a sophmore in high school.
