Having not had the chance to catch the majority of Thursday night TV — courtesy of a very behind TV Addict who is still playing catch up as a result of a sneak peek of Disney’s Princess and the Frog from earlier in the week (A movie which has the mouse house returning to the world of classic 2-D animation with a vengeance) — this TV Addict is yet again passing the buck to you — my far smarter and better looking readers — to post away with your thoughts on last night’s holiday themed instalments of COMMUNITY, PARKS AND RECREATION, THE OFFICE, 30 ROCK, BONES, and FRINGE.

I watched Bones and Fringe and both were good. I haven’t seen Bones live in who knows how long. Loved Zoey as her distant cousin. Esp Booth asking if they were sisters :). But do the Bones creators have something against Santa? This is the second time he has been the victim!

Fringe just keeps getting better. I know it will never happen b/c the Emmys seem to hate (or at least not respect) sci-fi shows, but John Nobel deserves a nomination in the best supporting actor in a drama category. His facial expressions can be so heartbreaking.

Ace I completely agree about Nobel his role is perfect. Watch all the NBC comedies and thought Communiy, P&R and The office were pretty funny. Havent really ever liked 30 rock but the one liner that has to be put up for quote of the week is “Are you being sarcastic cause I’m canadian and we dont pick up on that very much as we have a lack of Jewish people” Or something along those lines I was crying laughing. Got Fringe DVR’d and dont watch bones, but the comedies were funny.

30 Rock, The Office, and Community were some of the funniest episodes of the season. P&R is the one show I didn’t watch last night. I’ll have to check it out today.

30 rock and the Office were suitable B outings. Not great, not bad. I hope to get to Fringe Saturday morning. If not for so much joint thursday night TV watching with my wife, Fringe would be definite watch-as-soon-as-I-can TV. But it’s not her cup of tea… too gory (on occasion, I agree). But it’s inched into my top 5 shows on TV this season. Really, really good stuff.

Bones was brilliant this week. I loved Zoey Deschanel as Bones’ distant cousin. Fantastic chemistry.

  • Robert

The Office and Fringe were both excellent. The rest were standard.

last year I watched Fringe-okay. This year I’m watching Fringe-AMAZING. I’m really enjoying this season.
