    Agreed. It’s a pity NBC couldn’t stretch out these negotiations a just a little longer. I’ve watched more late night over the past two weeks that in I think I have over the past two years.

    I actually started DVRing Conan. I realized what I had been missing (I used to watch him all the time in school when I could stay up that late). Man that guy is funny. I really hope he is able to work something out with Fox or another network.

    I agree with all of you. I’ve been watching & DVR’ing the late night shows more recently too. I think Conan has joked about it best. Letterman has done well too. Leno still can’t make anything funny out of it.

    I think it’s a shame what’s happening to Conan. Such a screw-up. *If* Leno was telling the truth earlier this week about trying to get out of his contract twice, then I don’t consider him as much the bad guy as I once did.

    I wonder how soon the transition of Leno back into the Tonight Show will be? I guess for a few weeks, they could run the Tonight Show out of his current Jay Leno Show studio and just change the name on the opener.

    I hope Conan is allowed to make the rounds on other people’s shows. Conan on Letterman would be hilarious.
