This just in: Carrie Underwood will open the upcoming Super Bowl by singing the National Anthem. Meanwhile, in case you missed it, Jason Castro just kicked off ‘lunch hour’ in the Haverford High School cafeteria. Awkward.

    And you are right, not all American Idols are created equal! How many Idols go on tour, and make it a point to visit high schools during the day to promote “music” arts in the schools, while performing at clubs in the evening?
