Good News: Executive producer Andrew W. Marlowe promises that the May 17th season finale of CASTLE will have Beckett and Castle finally acknowledging their attraction to each-other and what’s more, actually doing something about it. Bad News: If five seasons of BONES has taught us anything, “doing something about it” is code for stretching this will-they-or-won’t-they for as long as humanly possible. [Source]

Good News: Anastasia Griffith is joining the cast of ROYAL PAINS in what Michael Ausiello calls a major recurring role. Bad News: For our Mom, also known as the only person we know who is still watching TRAUMA. [Source]

Good News: According to executive producer Cecile Frot-Coutaz, Paula Abdul will not be returning to AMERICAN IDOL in a desperate attempt to reverse this season’s ratings slide. I watch 'Trauma ' – great show – shame it's ignored.

Surest way to turn off every conceivable fan watching: “Let's bring the Octomom onto our show! Yeah, yeah, that'll get people dialing and pledging all kinds of money!”

FOX shows its stupidity knows no boundaries.

American Idol is absolutely horrible this season. Sure, Siobhan and that guitar woman (I forget) are great, but everyone else is not interesting at all. Serves AI right for picking a horrible top 24 to begin with.

Also, some people are saying that Ryan Seacrest is acting more douchy this year. I agree, but if he wasn't then no one would care about what's going on.

Ellen is too nice to be a good judge (at least Paula was nice in a hot mess sort of way). I wonder who will replace Simon.
