With the exception of PARKS AND RECREATION and THE OFFICE both of which put peripheral characters Ron Swanson and Kelly Kapoor front and center to great effect, this TV Addict — courtesy of an excellent dinner with fellow TV blogger @thetelevixen — is embarrassingly behind on Thursday TV. Which is why we’re once again passing the buck to you — our far smarter and better looking readers — to post away with your thoughts on last night’s May sweeps instalments of COMMUNITY, PARKS AND RECREATION, THE OFFICE, 30 ROCK, BONES, FRINGE, VAMPIRE DIARIES, SUPERNATURAL, FLASHFORWARD, GREY’S ANATOMY and PRIVATE PRACTICE.

I'll be the first to say, Vampire Diaries and Supernatural are just r-i-v-e-t-i-n-g TV. And next week? Oh, baby.

Community & 30 Rock: Really funny episodes, especially Community. That's quickly becoming one of the best comedies on TV. 30 Rock had its moments too, including a great line for Quotes of the Week.

FlashForward: This show has really gotten good. I wish the ratings would go back up a bit so it could be renewed. I like how each episode seems to have some curveball thrown in at the end.

I'm a diehard Bones fan and I'm trying to like these post-100th eps. And I did like the one about Brennan's high school reunion. But one of the things I've loved about the show was watching Booth fall in love with her and then watching him love her in spite of her cluelessness. Watching Booth try to fall in love with someone else really isn't getting the job done. 🙁

community – stupid and un watchable- should be cancelled
    parks and recreation- never watch
the office- idiot fodder not watchable
30 rock- still for north easter only- boring

James, are you secretly “GrumpieOldMan?” 'Cuz your last sentence makes about as little sense as his posts.

  • You're not alone. Thursday might've been a busy night b/c I, too, missed most of my reviewable shows. We're in the same boat!

I thought thursday nights episode of the Vampire Diaries “Blood Brothers” was awesome.. The whole first season has been amazing and cant wait for season 2. I really hope that Malese Jow who plays Anna sticks around.

Vampire Diaries and Supernatural were both really good last night. Can't wait for next week!

I am hoping that they'll get away from the Booth dating someone else storyline soon. Mostly b/c I'm not a fan of that actress. At least most of the time they just talk about her w/out her being there.

Community, 30 Rock and The Office were okay this week. The high schoolers on Community were waaaay too annoying.

Fringe was wonderful. I'm glad they did it in a way that didn't make it a ridiculous moment. Playing it as story telling was perfect. But I thought all the musical episodes were supposed to occur during the same week during sweeps. What happened to that plan?
