I don't really know anything about their new shows, but I will say I wish they had put Human Target or Fringe on Wed. at 8. That's pretty much a “gimme” hour at this point and Lie To Me's ratings have been pretty bad.

  • Glad to see Fox giving Human Target another run. With some minor tweaks (MORE about Chance's past” this show could be a nice Friday night hit and a big DVR show.

  • Another show I'll be catching up with over the summer. Not sure about how I feel about it, along with THE GOOD GUYS getting relegated to Friday though.

  • Ace,
I'd say that HUMAN TARGET and FRINGE dodged a bullet. I for one wouldn't want to be going up against JJ Abrams UNDERCOVERS which will more than likely be the most overhyped new show of the season.

  • Ace

I love JJ Abrams as much as the next person, but that show sounds awful (Mr. & Mrs. Smith on TV…no thanks). I think your key phrase there is “most overhyped.” I was just being selfish saying “I wish a show I actually watch will be on Wed.”

  • Hil

Everything JJ Abrams has done sounded blah on paper.

Alias = La Femme Nikita ripoff = Blah
LOST = Scripted Survivor = Blah
    Fringe = The X-Files ripoff = Blah
    Star Trek Reboot = Blah
Undercovers = Mr. & Mrs Smith on TV = ????

    Yet…they are all very good.

  • Kim

Is Human Target getting a 22 episode run? I hope so. All in all, Fox's new shows sound rather uuuugghh…. With the exception of Running Wilde!

  • Ace

Hil — You raise a good point. And I probably will give the show a chance in the fall. I just really really wanted to get Fringe off Thursdays!

  • joshemerson

I'm surprised to see The Good Guys on the schedule. I guess I just assumed that was a summer burn-off show like what the other networks air, nothing that would make it to the fall.

Wow, I must watch less of Fox than any other network. Glee and Simpsons/Family Guy are the only things I care about on the fall schedule. Although I did want to check out Running Wilde with Will Arnett.

I remember sept 04 thinking “LOST what kinda crap is this gonna be?” O how the joke was on me. Moral of the story: I watch all premiers now
