hopefully community can keep up those numbers. it was an awesome episode. how more people watched outsourced than community or 30 rock is insane. but i have yet to watch that, so i'll reserve final judgment. is the rating for the apprentice a typo? i hope not. hopefully it'll stay that low and we won't have to put up with it anymore.

Kevin, my sentiments exactly on The Apprentice. No once cares anymore NBC. Let it go.

Otherwise I'm loving these ratings. Established shows are still going strong.

I know the results for the Fringe premiere were disappointing (seriously, where was everyone?!) but that's no reason to leave it off the chart… And Fringe was completely brilliant last night, if I do say so myself.

  • Nicole Woods

    Yes, how did Fringe do?!

  • Nicole Woods

    OUCH @ My Generation…

Gonna keep that on the back burner like LoneStar, not gonna start watching til I know that it isn't gonna be canceled. DVR Pass for now.

Critics be damned, it looks like $#*! My Dad Says might actually do well too, unfortunately.

Great numbers for Community. The fact that it actually held up above a 2 in the demo airing against TBBT is great news.

I predict Outsourced and $#*! My Dad Says have big drops next week. People checked them out since they were watching their lead-in, but they won't keep watching if the shows suck (which both of these do)

These ratings flat out depress me. The Big Bang Theory is fun to watch, but not remotely the smartest comedy tonight, yet it wins it's timeslot. One-time monster hit, and creatively refounded Grey's stays behind on CSI and The Mentalist does better in viewers! Where as 30 Rock pulls such disappointing ratings you might wonder if Betty White should take over from Tina Fey.
As for the new shows, My Generation is hereby canceled whereas the flat-out racist Outsourced and the creatively soulles Sh.. My Dad Says managed to concur the hearts of Americans. I am disappointed in the search for quality TV.
The only thing good about this picture is that TVD finally managed to pull more folks than Nikita.

Same here, I had it ready to go, but I'm not going to fall for a show that is doomed. #theexecswon

But Nikita and TVD is steadily pulling the same ratings week per week…

I was so disappointed in “Shit My Dad Says”. The show tried too hard to be funny with every line and the acting was slightly mediocre (that's being charitable). There was no story whatsoever. It felt like I was watching improv.

I'll give it three episodes and then I'm going to stop watching it – even if it is not cancelled.

“Big Bang Theory” keeps getting better and better and has proven it can top the ratings on a new night – and leading out the new night to boot! “Outsourced” was as funny – or funnier – than the movie. Hope it sticks around.
