Hope that Fringe picks up a little more soon, I understand that Thursday's are hard but still.

so many other shows getting better ratings than community is insane.

  • Gstat

Kevin its mainly because of the Big Bang Theory. I hated that switch CBS made but I mean its a competitive business.

Both episodes of Fringe were great. You can read reviews of the first two season: Seasons Reviews of Fringe

Fringe gets good DVR numbers. People are just choosing to watch one of the four other big shows live for some reason. Which is crazy IMO. Fringe is one of the few shows I do watch live.

Is it just me or is CSI's numbers down? Maybe 5.4 is the new 8.4. Everything seems down from the last few years…which were down from the years before that.

  • Ace

There is no way I would wait until the next day to watch Fringe. It is like Lost to me…MUST be watched live.

Also not happy about those Community numbers. Last night's episode was hilarious. Two words: Annie, chloroform.

  • Doug Mehus

Is it just me or has a large chunk of the U.S. viewing audience just evaporated? At 9 pm, you used to see CSI be watched by 25 million, Grey's Anatomy by 20+ million and then even NBC might get 10 million. Now, it's like 30 million viewers just tuned out. On second thought, do we blame them? :P

P.S. Having said that, I am a big fan of “Outsourced” and “Big Bang Theory” this night. I will give “Shit My Dad Says” one more episode to redeem itself next week and then just tune out. It really lives up to its name.

Its been like that since the writers strike Doug which saddens me because ratings are one of my favorite things about tv. It sucks when low ratings kill good shows but in general yeah they've gone down significantly even in just the past 2 years.
