After a mere 24 hours and a whopping 20,000 votes, the fight for your favorite TV Showrunner continues with Round 2 of “TV Showrunner Madness.”

Think your very preferred scribe of choice is most deserving of winning our completely fictional prize that is an unlimited budget and creative control free of any-and-all network interference to create their showrunner opus? You have until exactly 12PM (EST) on Wednesday March 30th to vote for your them (after the jump), with the lucky winners moving on to Round Three.

    Wait a minute. Matt Groening was never a showrunner. On The Simpsons, that’s Al Jean’s job.

    Same thing with Anthony Zuiker on CSI. He’s not the top dog in charge of day-to-day producing.

    If Groening gets in this list, so should J.J. Abrams, for both Lost and Fringe, taking Cuse, Pinkner and Wyman all out of the race.
