    As someone who works in education, the Aria/Ezra relationship constantly annoys me. It’s just so wrong. I don’t care how “perfect” they are for each other or how much they “understand” each other. No teacher should date a student. And teaching at a new school doesn’t make it better.

    It’s just a TV show. I would NEVER ever do that in real life, but I love this relationship. People watching this should be smart enough to separate the two.

    The people this programme is written for and aimed at are young teens. Regardless of how smart they are they are not mature enough to seperate real life from tv. They idolize and copy everything they see and hear and should not be expected to understand the real life consequences or lack of responsibility on the teacher’s part when regarding a pupil/teacher relationship. What is there to love about this relationship or any that is similar? Him taking advantage of a girl in her most hormonal, self conscious years, the lies to her family, hiding out at his apartment as they can’t be seen together? Him potentially being arrested for having sex with a minor? Can you imagine if this were real life? I can’t believe you’d ‘love’ this if the couple weren’t attractive and on a tv screen…
