Ratings: SVU and CHICAGO FIRE are Steady, EMPIRE and ARROW Dip Slightly

EMPIRE dipped again this week, but it’s still a clear ratings winner. ARROW and SUPERNATURAL also dipped slightly from last week’s premieres, but things were steady over on NBC. Meanwhile, NASHVILLE improved a tenth over last week’s episode for ABC.
