AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Sneak Peeks: Dr. Garner’s Secret Is Finally Out

shield

Last week’s AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. finally revealed who Lash really is, as Von Strucker Jr told May, in his final moments, that he saw our good, old Dr. Andrew Garner transform into a horrifying creature. It came as a shock to Agent May, obviously, but I am not sure how much of a shock that was for the audience, since he was at the top of the list of Lash candidates for a lot of people, including me. What I am curious about this plot twist, however, is how they are going to explain Lash’s hunt for Inhumans and why he wants to kill them so badly, but keeps sparing Daisy. How he became an Inhuman is easily explained, as there are new Inhumans popping up everywhere, but the why of it all is the real question here.

In tonight’s episode, titled “Chaos Theory”, it looks like it will be Rosalind’s turn to see where the S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters are. Daisy will grudgingly give her a tour of the facilities, as we can see in the clip below, and will give the ATCU leader a piece of her mind as to what she really thinks about how the rival organization is handling the Inhuman outbreak. Meanwhile, it looks like the cat is out of the bag and Andrew’s secret Inhuman identity will be revealed to the team. May is going to confront him about it, but things just might get a little ugly between them, as Dr. Garner seems to have some trouble reigning in his temper.

“Chaos Theory” already looks like it will be another action-packed episode in what is shaping up to be the best season yet of AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D, but it is also a celebratory hour as the show reaches 50 episodes. You can check out below the cast and producers talking about their favorite moments of the past three seasons in a hilarious featurette. It has been an amazing ride, S.H.I.E.L.D. Here’s to fifty more.

Don’t miss an all new episode of AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. tonight, November 10, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

I was a bit disappointed when at the end of S2 JianJing was turned to a pure human-hater maniac, making the “which side are you on” question simple. Here I wonder how deeply they will go into this “no good answer” situation. Regarding that it’s the foreplay of the CA:CW, probably deeper than before.

I have high hopes, I love morally challenging shows and characters much more than the always-good ones who then needed to be “pegged down” (which usually backfires).
