What’s coming to The CW the week of March 13? Several shows are on hiatus (including SUPERNATURAL, RIVERDALE, JANE THE VIRGIN and more), but there’s a few shows airing new episodes. In addition, THE ORIGINALS is returning for an all new season.

Tuesday, March 14

THE FLASH 3.16 “Into the Speed Force”: Desperate to stop Savitar and save his friends, Barry (Grant Gustin) turns to the speed force for answers. H.R. (Tom Cavanagh) gives Jesse (guest star Violett Beane) some advice. Gregory Smith directed the episode written by Brooke Roberts & Judalina Neira (#316).

DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW 2.14 “Moonshot”: When the Legends track Commander Steel (guest star Matthew MacCaull) to NASA Headquarters in 1970, they learn where Nate’s (Nick Zano) grandfather hid the last fragment of the Spear of Destiny. The team notices a time aberration during the Apollo 13 mission and believes that the Legion of Doom might be involved. As the Legends journey into space to intercept Apollo 13, the Waverider suffers massive internal damage and Ray’s (Brandon Routh) life is left in jeopardy when he is stranded on the moon. Meanwhile, tension grows between Rip (Arthur Darvill) and Sara (Caity Lotz) as to who is the leader of the team. Victor Garber, Franz Drameh, Maisie Richarson-Sellers and Dominic Purcell also star. Kevin Mock directed the episode written by Grainne Godfree.

Wednesday, March 15

ARROW 5.16 “Checkmate”: Oliver (Stephen Amell) gets closer to the truth about Prometheus. Meanwhile, Helix refuses to continue helping Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) until she does a favor for them. Ken Shane directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Sarah Tarkoff.

THE 100 4.06 “We Will Rise”: Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Roan (Zach McGowan) must work together in hostile territory in order to deliver an invaluable asset to Abby (Paige Turco) and her team. Bob Morley, Marie Avgeropoulos, Devon Bostick, Lindsey Morgan, Christopher Larkin, Richard Harmon, Isaiah Washington and Henry Ian Cusick also star. Dean White directed the episode written by Charmaine DeGrate (#406).

Friday, March 17

THE ORIGINALS 4.01 “Gather Up the Killers”: On the fifth anniversary of Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) defeat, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) is king of the city and welcomes the un-sired vampires to New Orleans, only to find they pose an unexpected threat to his rule, leading him to seek counsel from an unlikely source. Meanwhile, as Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) closes in on the cure that will allow her to revive Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and the slumbering Mikaelsons, she faces a final task that will force her to make a ruthless decision. Yusuf Gatewood and Riley Voelkel also star. Lance Anderson directed the episode written by Michael Russo and Michael Narducci.

REIGN 4.05 “Highland Games”: In order to get Mary (Adelaide Kane) to agree to a marriage, Lord Darnley (Will Kemp) must demonstrate his loyalty when she voices her concerns about his true intentions. Catherine (Megan Follows) and Narcisse (Craig Parker) work to repair King Charles’ (Spencer MacPherson) reputation after rumors spread about his strange behavior and threaten the throne. Rachel Skarsten, Rose Williams, Ben Geurens, Dan Jeannotte, Jonathan Goad and Celina Sinden star. Michael McGowan directed the episode written by Robert D. Doty.
