Ask the Addict: Spoilers for THE GOOD WIFE, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, ONCE UPON A TIME, DEGRASSI, SUPERNATURAL & More!

Cannot wait for Sunday’s return of THE GOOD WIFE. Now that Will Gardner’s legal career seems to be back on track is there any hope at all for a rekindling of his relationship with Alicia? — Brandon
The TV Addict: We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but at what point exactly did it become clear that Will’s professional problems are over? Oh sure, Wendy Scott Carr’s witch-hunt may have wrapped up, but as this Sunday’s episode clearly illustrates, Will isn’t quite out of the woods just yet. What’s more, fans can expect the fiasco that was the failure of Wendy Scott Carr’s investigation to have serious repercussions for both Lockhart Gardner and Peter Florrick’s State Attorney’s Office in terms of personal. Seriously surprising ones that we did not in a million years see coming.

I miss the old Alicia and Kalinda. Do you think there is any chance my two favorite female friends will ever be able to look past the ugliness of the first half of this season? — Amy
The TV Addict: Oddly enough, we’ve got some good news on the Alicia and Kalinda front. It would appear that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Or at least that’s our prediction based on a case that Alicia has been asked to handle that seems to set the table for a frenaissance in a future episode. Stay tuned.

DEGRASSI scoop please. — Lindsey
The TV Addict: As we are wont to do anytime we get a plea for intel on what trials and tribulations those maniacal DEGRASSI writers plan on putting your favorite student body through when the hit Canadian export returns next Friday February 24th, we sent out a quick feeler to our source on the set. Their response, “Expect a life-changing accident!” Read into that what you will. [Read more…]

Can’t wait until September 13th for your first taste of 90210? Neither can we! Which is we thought now might be as good a time as any to share some just released photos from the fourth season premiere entitled “Up in Smoke.” More of which can be found after the jump. [Read more…]

The Importance of Being Teddy: Trevor Donovan Reflects on His Time Spent in 90210

If there is one lesson we’ve learned throughout our four seasons covering this industry we affectionally refer to as show, it’s that when it comes to changes both in front and behind the camera, the actor is always the last person to know.

Take Trevor Donovan for example. Since joining 90210 in its second season as what at the time was being billed as West Beverly’s own version of “JFK Jr,” the actor has had to deal with not just an unexpected change in his character’s sexuality, but his employment status as well. So just how does the affable actor feel about his short-lived journey coming to an end when the hit CW sudser returns for its upcoming fourth season this fall? [Read more…]

Does 90210’s Upcoming 4th Season Signify the Beginning of the End? Star Michael Steger Speculates!

From its hastily constructed beginnings as a no-brainer way in which to build buzz for the fledgling upstart CW network, generating headlines has never been a problem for 90210. Thus, it’s only fitting — as we countdown towards the much-anticipated fourth season premiere — that star Michael Steger (Navid Shirazi) continues in the show’s illustrious tradition by making a few of his very own. Namely, that this upcoming fourth season may mark the beginning of the end.

“I keep saying five years,” said Steger when asked during a recent one-on-one interview with the TV Addict as to just how long he sees the series lasting for. “But you know, that always changes, the CW likes to hold onto its shows.” [Read more…]

Ask the Addict: Spoilers for BONES, 90210, THE OFFICE & More!

With shooting having already begun on BONES seventh season, I’m wondering if you’ve been able to cobble together anymore information about the impact of Emily Deschanel’s pregnancy on the show? — Jennifer
The TV Addict: This just in: The somewhat reduced workload for mommy-to-be-Brennan (Deschanel) will be sweet news for one John Francis Daley. Which is to say fans can expect an uptick in screen time for Dr. Lance Sweets who will accompany Booth on more investigations in the early part of the seventh season. So much so that he’ll actually get certified to carry a gun! Now whether Sweets should be packing heat all day… well, that is an entirely different story.

Got any SHAMELESS scoop to tide this fan over until season 2? — Jenn
The TV Addict: When SHAMELESS does return this January 2012, Frank will very quickly discover that allowing himself to get urinated on by son as penance for sleeping with Lip’s underage girlfriend Karen was a walk in the park in comparison to what happens when the cops start sniffing around the mysterious disappearance of Karen’s father Eddie. 8 Reasons Why CW President Mark Pedowitz’s Job is Waaaaaay Cooler Than Yours!

Direct from last night’s Television Critics Association Press Tour party thrown by CBS/CW/Showtime comes 8 reasons why CW President Mark Pedowitz’s job (Pictured above with RINGER star Sarah Michelle Gellar) is — as the title of this post suggests — waaaaaaaay cooler than yours (and ours!). Ryan Eggold Previews the New Season of 90210

After a season spent drowning his sorrows in illicit drugs and copious amounts of alcohol, teacher of the year candidate Ryan Matthews is not. Luckily for him, a new school year brings with it a clean slate. Will Mr. Matthews make the most of it? We went directly to the source, his portrayer Ryan Eggold! Who in anticipation of tonight’s 90210 third season premiere was kind enough to take some time late last week to talk to theTVaddict.com about his character’s father-to-be status, what he may-or-may not have seen during last May’s shocking finale, and what he hopes the future holds for his character.

How much time has passed since May’s finale?
Ryan Eggold: We pick up with Ryan just passed out in an alley with his pants down and you’re just like, “What the hell happened!” No that’s not true, but that would be a great way to open the season, wouldn’t it? Ryan has kind of gone through a transformation during the summer of growing up. He’s having a kid with Jen and his days of indulging in his own sadness, drinking and being a bit of an adolescent himself are over. He’s ready to be a father, knows what he has to do, who he has to be and most definitely put the past behind him.

Ask the Addict: Spoilers on CASTLE, GOSSIP GIRL, BONES, PRIVATE PRACTICE & More!

Any scoop on what 90210 has planned for their season finale? — Amber
The TV Addict: Although probably not done intentionally, 90210’s May 18 season finale will go out with a nod to original series star Emily Valentine when things really start to heat up on Liam’s boat after a certain somebody who-shall-not-be-named discovers that Annie and Liam are a little too dedicated to practicing “safe boating” (Think: Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation!)

Who is getting married on the BONES season finale? — Michael
The TV Addict: Considering the May 20 season finale will include an unexpected visit from Angela’s father, we’re going to go out on the first of many limbs today and guess that Angela and Hodgins will be the ones walking down the aisle. Thoughts?
