The series that ‘parental supervision’ forgot premieres tonight on the new CW at 9PM following AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL. That’s right folks, ONE TREE HILL is back for another season of high school debauchery. According to the CW press release:
In the ‘shocking’ season opener, the aftermath of the post-wedding car accident unfolds. While Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) is deeply affected by Nathan’s (James Lafferty) attempt to rescue Cooper (guest star Michael Trucco) and Rachel (Danneel Harris), Brooke (Sophia Bush) confronts Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) with her true feelings, and Peyton (Hilarie Burton) makes a startling discovery. Pressured by the fact that someone might know he killed his brother, Dan (Paul Johansson) assaults Deb (Moira Kelly).
For me, the fun of ONE TREE HILL remains seeing Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush act together. How well does Sophia hide her contempt for ex-husband/co-star CMM? (Very well I think). That said, I little birdy has told this TV addict that Sophia won’t have to worry about Chad too much longer, as their relationship may be over by episode two.
