Jenny’s This Week on TV

I’m so tired. Long week in the life of Jenny. Hopefully this week will go better. Let’s see what tv I have in store to help me with that!

SUNDAY
On Sunday, I’ll be watching The Amazing Race again this week at 8/7c. A new twist to the game shocks the racers and prompts teams to join forces; the racers struggle to complete an unappetizing task of consuming a local delicacy. I think the Cho brothers have to pair up with the blond bitches. I’m OOOOH so not looking forward to that! lol

At 9/8c, switch over to ABC and check out Desperate Housewives. A hostage situation at a supermarket changes everyone’s lives. Like last season, I am not watching this season either. But for those that are, what do you think happens? I’ve heard someone gets shot, and I’ve heard differing opinions on who people hope/think it will be. What about you guys?

At 10/9c, stick around for Brothers & Sisters, again on ABC. Kitty and Warren’s weekend in the country turns out to be anything but quiet; unable to conceive, Tommy and Julia consider unorthodox alternatives. For those Everwood fans, Treat Williams is back and I’m hearing as good as ever. I love me some Dr Brown!

Also on tonight:

MONDAY
On Monday I’ll be watching Prison Break at 8/7c. Mahone and Kellerman determine to keep Michael and Sarah apart; a father figure helps Lincoln; L.J. meets a long-lost relative; Sucre plans a getaway with Maricruz; T-Bag runs into a familiar face. How great was last week with Michael confronting Mahone & his ex-wife? So this week, I wonder who the father figure and the long-lost relative are!

At 9/8c, I’ll probably turn to NBC to watch Heroes again. I’m loving this show! Distraught Niki reveals her recent personal struggles to a friend; Matt assists Audrey’s investigation into a bizarre murder; Hiro questions his heroism; Nathan and his wife strategize to win the congressional election. Finally we’ll see Matt again! How freakin creepy was last week’s revelation with Niki & her ex husband! I think there is a lot more to deal with for that whole family!

At 10/9c, keep watching NBC for Studio 60. An unusual group of people must get Tom out of jail in a small Nevada town before that night’s show. Hah. What is Tom in jail for? And what is so unusual about the group of people that get him out? lol

Also on tonight:

TUESDAY
On Tuesday, there’s gonna be some election coverage so not as much is on. At 8/7c, I’m gonna watch Standoff. CNU determines to find a sniper’s hideout; after learning the man in custody is a copycat, Matt and Emily must work with Frank and Duff to catch the killer before he hurts one of them. *loves me some Matt & Emily!*

I have basketball on tonight, so my fav, Veronica Mars, won’t be on til later. So I’ll be watching House. After being found in a coma at his apartment, a 600-pound man is admitted to the hospital; House spends the night in jail after being arrested for a number of violations. I’ve read spoilers for the episodes following this and you’ll be amazed at why House is in jail and everything that goes into that storyline.

At 10/9c, there’s nothing new on, unless you are like me and have basketball pushing back Gilmore Girls. Christopher talks Lorelai into visiting Rory during Parents’ Weekend at Yale; Luke meets April’s swimming coach, who convinces him to take her adult swimming class.

Also on tonight:

WEDNESDAY
Wednesday at 8/7c, I’ll be watching Jericho on CBS. Jake and Eric must make the deadly trip to another town to get medicine when the mayor falls gravely ill. Mmmm, Skeet Ulrich is hawt! I love this show. Keeps getting better & better!

At 9/8c, I’ll stick around for Criminal Minds again. The unit is called into action when a serial bomber terrorizes Seattle. Maybe my favorite profilers will run into my favorite interns! Except we’ve had enough bombs at Seattle Grace! lol

Then at 10/9c, switch over to The Nine on ABC. Egan plans a poker party; Kathryn sees a new side to Nick and makes a decision about her future; Lizzie reveals a connection with Lucas; Jeremy and Franny take their relationship a step further. I wonder what the connection is between Lizzie & Lucas!

Also on tonight:

THURSDAY
Thursday at 8/7c, I’ll be watching the new episode of My Name is Earl on NBC. A bored Catalina offers to help Earl with number 75 on his list, cleaning out a mailbox he once used as a trash can. Then stick around at 8:30/7:30c for The Office. Michael strives to keep the staff’s spirit up after learning of the Scranton branch shutting down; people envision how their lives will change.

Then switch over at 9/8c to FOX for The OC. Summer packs to be with her family and Seth for the holiday; Julie is unable to deal with Kaitlin or Dr. Roberts and winds up spending much of the holiday alone. I stopped watching last season cause I was tired of Marissa, but I’d heard really good things about this season and since Marissa is gone, I watched last week and was very pleasantly surprised. I can’t wait to see more this season. 😀

At 10/9c, I’m going to switchover to CBS for Shark. Sebastian hopes a guilty verdict in his current murder case will exonerate a former client convicted for a similar killing 15 years earlier. I honestly didn’t think I’d like this show, cause I wasn’t a huge fan of James Woods. But I really am absolutely loving this show. It keeps getting better, in my opinion. 😀

Also on tonight:

FRIDAY
Friday starts out at 8/7c with a new episode of Vanished on FOX. Sen. Collins delivers a press conference addressing the speculation surrounding his vote; Marcy struggles with developments involving Judge Rainer. Hmm, this is the episode I had for last week, which is what my tv program said but now it says something else and has this for this week. Either way, should be a treat!

Then I’ll switch to ABC for Men in Trees at 9/8c. Jane leaks an excerpt from Marin’s new book on men; singer Jewel stops into the Chieftain when her car breaks down; Patrick’s mom and his new stepmother go head to head in a showdown for the role of “top mom.” I’ve heard that Jack is VERY unhappy about Marin’s new book, so I can’t wait to see!

Then at 10/9c, I’ll switch to CBS to watch Numb3rs. Don and his team investigate a minor-league baseball player’s death; a fantasy-league player’s statistical analysis that identifies which players use steroids leads the FBI to a possible motive and potential killer. I wrote up spoilers for this ep and it sounded really good!

Also on tonight:

I’m so mad they pulled Kidnapped from the schedule! I’ve read that they will be putting the episodes on NBC.com so hopefully we’ll get our story resolution that way!

Have a great week everybody! Enjoy the great tv that’s on. 🙂
