Jenny’s This Week on TV

A little piece of advice… When the sun goes down, the cold but bearable day suddenly turns viciously cold. But the groundhog saw his shadow so hopefully Spring will come soon! So what’s up on tv this week? It’s February sweeps! W00t!


SUNDAY

Sunday is all about the Super Bowl XLI on CBS between the Chicago Bears vs Indianapolis Colts. But then stick around for a brand new episode of Criminal Minds after the game! The BAU team investigates a wealthy couple’s murder at their home following a Super Bowl party; someone places a 911 call quoting Bible passages seconds before the murders.

Also on tonight:

MONDAY

Monday is completely FULL of new episodes. Check out FOX at 8/7c for Prison Break. Michael and Sarah become more than strangers on a train en route to confront the president; Mahone recruits a new ally in his bid to capture the fugitives; T-Bag puts on a happy face; a fourth escapee takes a fall. I love love love love this show!

Then stick around for 24. Reunited with his estranged father, Jack deals with unthinkable challenges; developments in the administration and at CTU intensify the critical circumstances facing the country.

Finally, at 10/9c, turn to Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip on NBC. Danny and Jordan cannot get down from the roof of the theater; staff members attend a dinner honoring Harriet; Harriet and Matt’s relationship begins to unravel. Watch it now cause as of March 5th, it’s on hiatus for a new show, The Black Donnellys.

If you like the CBS comedies, be sure and check out the new show, Rules of Engagement at 9:30/8:30c. It’s a comedy about different phases of the male/female relationship as seen through the eyes of a newly-engaged couple, a long-married pair and a single guy and stars David Spade, Megyn Price (Claudia Finnerty on Grounded For Life), Oliver Hudson (David Carver JR on The Mountain), Patrick Warburton (Jeb Denton on Less Than Perfect) & Bianca Kajlich (from Halloween: Resurrection & Bring it On).

TUESDAY

Tuesday is a good night on CBS with a new ep of NCIS at 8/7c and 2 new eps of The Unit from 9/8c-11/10c. On NCIS, Ducky goes under cover to stop the illegal sale of the Navy’s top-secret weapons system to a high-priority arms dealer (Armand Assante).

On The Unit, a spy overhears Kim Brown talking about intimate details of the Unit’s dangerous North Korean mission, jeopardizing it. Then when things go awry during an Iranian mission, Mack must decide whether to leave their guide behind to be tortured or to kill her himself; wounded Jeremy has Molly at his bedside.

WEDNESDAY

Wednesday, get lost with Lost at 9/8c, starting with a 1 hour survivor guide, to help you catch up with what you have missed, then following with the 3rd season winter premiere! The fate of an Other rests in Jack’s hands; Kate and Sawyer find an ally in one of the Others; Juliet’s decision could endanger her standing with her people.

Start off your evening with Friday Night Lights on NBC at 8/7c. Mac makes racial statements that test the team’s bond; Tim and Billy adjust to having their father back in their lives; Tami worries about Julie’s new friendship with Tyra; the girls play a game of powder-puff football.

THURSDAY

Make your Thursday an ABC night! Start off with Ugly Betty at 8/7c. The masked woman’s shocking announcement leaves Mode in chaos and the Meades at odds.

Then stick around for Grey’s Anatomy. The interns at Seattle Grace face challenges unlike anything they have faced before. This starts off the 3 episode arc that should rival last season’s finale. Whew! Callie O’Malley. HAHA

Finally, catch Men in Trees. Marin gets help on her cabin from an unlikely source; Buzz tries to be supportive of his son. Ahhhh, Jack. *drool*

If you like Survivor, catch the Season Premiere from Fiji! The castaways begin as one tribe with enough resources for an exceptionally comfortable camp; on day three, the castaways split into two tribes based on events prior to the first immunity challenge.

FRIDAY

Friday has new episodes of Monk & Psych on USA at 9/8c. On Monk>, Monk investigates the death of Lt. Disher’s uncle. I swear, Randy is completely dumb and clueless. LOL

Then on Psych, authorities charge a woman with murder after a weather forecaster dies in her bed. This show keeps getting better and better. I love it. 😀
