A Second Opinion on Fall’s Hottest New Shows

If there’s one thing I’ve learned this year while running theTVaddict.com it’s that everybody has different tastes when it comes to TV. Some people love intelligent and funny shows such as THE OFFICE and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, while others prefer well, TWO AND A HALF MEN. But hey, I’m not here to judge — I’ve got my PVR set to seasons pass KYLE XY.

With that in mind though, this TV Addict thought I’d find an expert to offer up a different perspective on some of the fall’s hottest new shows. So if you find you’re not exactly on the same page as theTVaddict himself (a twenty-something male who wishes he could live in EVERWOOD) I’m thrilled to introduce you to the woman who spawned the TV Addict, the woman who knows everything about everything and makes one helluva Banana Bread.

So Mom, now that you’ve had the chance to watch a few of the pilots I lent you, what exactly are your thoughts on some of the fall’s most exciting new shows?

ALIENS IN AMERICA: “HYSTERICAL! The Indian kid was great. I think it’s going to do really well.”

GOSSIP GIRL: “Very OC-ish, very unbelievable, but will no doubt be VERY FUN.”

LIFE IS WILD: “At first I thought it was kind of stupid and silly. Sort of like DARCY’S WILD LIFE. But as the show went on, it became a lot more dramatic and not so bad.”

HEARTLAND: “HEARTLAND will do really well. Treat Williams is wonderful. The medical issues were really fascinating.”
