Welcome to a new week for This Week on TV! I am all moved, whoopee! Getting caught up on tv now and trying to get stuff done that I need done, like the column. Let’s see how fast I can blaze through it, shall we?

SUNDAY

Sunday is the premiere of the original mini-series on TNT called The Company at 8/7c, starring Chris O’Donnell, Alfred Molina and Michael Keaton. The show traces the activities of the CIA during the Cold War and follows agents imprisoned in double lives, fighting an elusive, formidable enemy while also engaging in an internecine battle within the CIA itself.

MONDAY

Monday is a new episode of My Boys on TBS at 10/9c. Brendon is chosen as one of Chicago’s Top 50 Sexiest Bachelors while PJ contemplates an ethically questionable relationship with the new Cubs pitcher. And Trouty makes an appearance in an unexpected place.

TUESDAY

Tuesday is the series premiere of Power of 10 on CBS at 9/8c. Hosted by Drew Carey, the contest who can most accurately predict the American public’s response to intriguing poll questions could walk away winning millions. Check out Drew Carey as game show host before he hits up The Price is Right!

WEDNESDAY

Wednesday, The Knights of Prosperity returns from hiatus on ABC at 8:30/7:30c. In order to get rent money for the expensive apartment next to their new target, the Knights kidnap Louis and hope that his wealthy father will pay ransom. There is a 2nd episode at 9:30/8:30c. The Knights devise a plan to steal their target’s safe, which contains a diamond ring.

THURSDAY

Thursday is a special presentation on FOX at 8/7c for NFL Pre-Season Football: Indianapolis at Dallas. Football season is starting soon, yay! Do any of you play fantasy football?

FRIDAY

Friday is the 90-minute series premiere of Flash Gordon on SciFi at 9/8c. Starring Eric Johnson as Flash, this is a modern day retelling of the classic comic strip franchise. It’s on SciFi, so it could be really great or REALLY bad. Will have to watch & see!

Not very long now until the fall shows start up! I for one can’t wait! 😀
