Why bother, TV fans? The only new programs on the major nets tonight are the FOX airings of COPS and AMERICA’S MOST WANTED. Our suggestion? Rent a movie, read a book, have a — gasp! — conversation. Unless, of course, you’re really dying to see an umpteenth rerun of the edited version of HITCH.
