Today’s TV Addict Top 5: Favorite Second Season EVERWOOD Episodes

In honor of EVERWOOD’s second season being released on DVD today (which FYI, we’re going to be talking about a lot today), theTVaddict.com proudly presents our Top 5 favorite episodes from the second season, having just devoured the entire box set over the course of the weekend.

1. Episode 22: The Day is Done
Two years after they first laid eyes on each other, Ephram and Amy finally answer the question of will-they-or-won’t-they when Amy surprises Ephram by joining him for two weeks in New York just prior to the start of his Juilliard Summer Program. Plus: Harold — whose practice has been put on hold thanks to Linda failing to disclose her HIV status — opens a Abbott’s Bagel Shoppe! Needless to say, hilarity ensues.

2. Episode 20: Do or Die
Two Words: “The Promebego!” Also known to you EVERWOOD neophytes as the behemoth of a contraption that Bright rents out to enjoy his senior prom (complete with three dates chosen ‘Bachelorette’ style) as only Bright can.

3. Episode 1: The Last of Summer
Not only does the outcome of Colin’s surgery leave the entire town reeling in this second season opener, it sends Amy into an unbelievably depressing downward spiral, setting the tone for an unforgettable second season filled with emotional turmoil and family drama, the likes of which are so rarely seen on television these days.

4. Episiode 14: No Sure Thing
Ephram and Madison decide to you know…. setting up one helluva shocking season finale, not to mention some serious repercussions that will reverberate throughout the rest of the series.

5. Episode 11: Family Dynamics
Thanksgiving in Everwood can only mean one thing: Family drama on the menu. With the seriousness of Andy discovering that Madison has become a lot more of a babysitter to Ephram and Harold’s not-so-pleasant introduction to Amy’s new boyfriend Tommy “town bad boy” Callahan, perfectly juxtaposed with the hilarity that is special guest star Betty White, who drops by as Harold’s overbearing mother-in-law.

The second season of EVERWOOD is now available on DVDAMAZON for a mere $25.99.
