With the May UpFronts now just a week away, NBC continues to rain on the media’s irresponsible link bait parade get a leg up on the competition by awarding early season pick-ups to new series. Today’s lucky contestant, the cast of Jerry Bruckheimer’s CHASE, snap judgement of which can be found after the jump.
According to the NBC official Description: CHASE is a fast-paced drama that drops viewers smack into the middle of a game of cat-and-mouse as a team of U.S. marshals hunts down America’s most dangerous fugitives. Kelli Giddish (“Past Life”) stars as U.S. Marshal Annie Frost, a cowboy boot-wearing deputy whose sharp mind and unique Texas upbringing help her track down the violent criminals on the run. Cole Hauser (“K-Ville”), Amaury Nolasco (“Prison Break”), Rose Rollins (“The L Word”) and Jesse Metcalfe (“Desperate Housewives”) also star as members of Frost’s elite team.
According to the TV Addict: The producers of the FUGITIVE spinoff flick US MARSHALS should be calling their lawyer. But on a more serious note, what we’re already calling this season’s TRAUMA [for NBC] is going to have offer up one helluva exciting ride to overcome the stench of failure that still lingers from a cast which includes Kelli Giddish (PAST LIFE), Cole Hauser (K-VILLE), Amaury Nolasco (PRISON BREAK) and Jesse Metcalfe (DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES)
