In anticipation of the July 13 series premiere of USA’s COVERT AFFAIRS, a spy-rific new action adventure starring Piper Perabo, Christopher Gorham, Peter Gallagher, Kari Matchett, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Anne Dudek, theTVaddict.com was recently granted access to the set of the show. Needless to say, copious amounts of photos were taken and intel was gleaning. The first bit of which we’re thrilled to share in this post we’ve cleverly titled “Secrets from the set of COVERT AFFAIR”
This just in: HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER guest star Anne Dudek is the mother! Okay, so maybe not that mother. But it certainly surprised us — during our recent visit to the set of COVERT AFFAIRS — to learn that as a direct result of the hit CBS show, Anne Dudek is a mother!
“I met my husband through Josh Radnor who I met on HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER,” revealed Dudek after we jokingly kicked off our Q&A by asking if she was in fact the show’s elusive mother. “If my son ever asks me how my husband and I met, we can pull out a DVD of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, the episodes I was on, and say, ‘this is how i met your mother!’
Earth-shattering news? Not exactly. But it’s certainly nice to know that at least one lucky someone on that set has found their soulmate! Oh, and in case you’re wondering, Dudek, who incidentally is that rare Hollywood actress who is both taller and more beautiful in person, did not name her son “Ted!”
