Move over Matt Parkman, there’s a new hero in town.
On July 15, 2010 your very own TV Addict semi-seriously suggested in the form of a highly hilarious and now eerily prescient edition of “The Backlot” (see above) — that in an effort to combat his recent string of sitcom failures (BACK TO YOU, HANK), costly divorce, and impending fifth child with fourth wife 29-year old Kayte Walsh — Kelsey Grammer might wish to consider returning to the character that turned him a household name.
On August 31, 2010 the NY Post reported that Grammer is doing just that! Announcing via twitter that “we’re thinking of bringing something back maybe a spin off with Frasier & Niles Kids and cameo’s from Frasier and Cheers.”
Coincidence? We think not.
A more likely explanation involves the thousands of hours we’ve spent watching television over the course of our lifetime resulting in the activation of a once dormant superpower. Just call us, “No Ordinary Blogger!”
Now if you’ll excuse us, we have to get back to finishing next week’s edition of “The Backlot” that has ABC’s BACHELOR PAD the unfortunate target of a US ARMY missile test gone horribly, horribly, wrong.
