Not so much to protect your ears from the noise emanating from a very busy construction site as the design team attempts to rebuild the house of a family that lost a teenage daughter in a texting-while-driving accident. But rather as a result of the legion of screaming tweens that are sure to be on the scene thanks to Justin Bieber, who lends two very scrawny hands in an effort to help a grieving family (and in the process, kick off his Never Say Never promotional blitz)
