Good News: The countdown to the 24 movie has begun, with star Kiefer Sutherland letting it slip in an interview with the women of THE VIEW this morning that the much-anticipated 24 movie will premiere in 2012. Good News: In a statement released today, newly-minted NBC Entertainment President Bob Greenblatt went out of his way to make clear that the network considers the summer “a very important part of its overall season and will continue to offer a varied lineup of original programs giving viewers plenty of options.” Bad News: So-called options include the return of AMERICA’S GOT TALENT (May 31), THE MARRIAGE REF (June 26), and new competition based shows tentatively-titled STILL STANDING, LOVE IS WILD (Dates T.B.D.).
