The TV Gods giveth and the TV Gods taketh away. Or at least that was our taketh away following NBC’s announcement of its 2012 midseason schedule. On the positive side, joining 30 ROCK on the Peacock’s midseason schedule will be much-buzzed-about newcomers SMASH and THE FIRM. Unfortunately, making room for the highly-anticipated aforementioned series’ on NBC’s Thursday night lineup will be the low-rated, albeit critically acclaimed laugher that is COMMUNITY and PRIME SUSPECT. Other less controversial moves include UP ALL NIGHT and WHITNEY swapping timeslots, as well as HARRY’S LAW relocating to Sundays. Complete schedule of which can be found after the jump.
