This bites. Having just come to the realization that tonight’s episode of THE VAMPIRE DIARIES is a repeat following our intrepid heroes not-so-successful attempt to eradicate the world of all of those genetically blessed Originals last week’s, theTVaddict.com thought now might be as good a time as any to remind fans that when THE VAMPIRE DIARIES does return with brand new episode on… wait for it… March 15th, it will be worth the wait. Particularly for those fans who enjoy (a) Flashback episodes that transport your favorite modern-day Vamps to DOWNTON ABBEY era times, (b) SMALLVILLE alum such as Cassidy Freeman who makes a guest appearance as Sage, a mysterious blood-sucker who may-or-may-not hold the key to unlocking the mystery wrapped in a riddle inside an enigma that is Damon Salvatore, and/or (c) Sweaty shirtless Vampires in general.
