Ask the Addict: Spoilers for THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, DEXTER, HART OF DIXIE, SCANDAL, REVENGE & More!

As an enormous fan of CHUCK I’m hoping you can tell me when we might expect to see Yvonne Stahovski enter the frame this season on DEXTER? — Rickey
The TV Addict: As much as we’d like to be able to tell you that Ms. Strahovksi will be front and center during DEXTER’s first episode back, you’re going to have to wait until episode three. Of course, having already had the pleasure of watching episode one, you’ll be pleased to know that what it lacks in the Strahovksi department it more than makes up for with a return to form for the series thanks to Deb finally learning the truth about her brother’s extra curricular activities. In fact, I think star Michael C. Hall said it best during the recent Television Critics Association Press Tour when he summed up the season as so, “Whatever your opinion of ranking the seasons, for my money DEXTER is never more compelling than when he is in trouble and never been deeper trouble than he is now.”

Any hints as what zaniness might befall the town of Bluebell when HART OF DIXIE returns for its much anticipated second season? — Ashley
The TV Addict: Are you ready for some football fitness?! We hope so, because that’s the question Dr. Zoe Hart will be asking the residents of Bluebell during the second season in an attempt to slim down the town’s ever-expanding waistline. A waistline whose diet includes a steady staple of, well, fried everything. And while we’re on the subject of waist, fans may-or-may-not be please to discover that Lavon will be wasting (See what we did there!) very little time when it come to picking up the pieces of his broken heart post-Lemon rejection.

Did you happen to pick up any clues as to the identity of SCANDAL’s Quinn during your reason time spent at the Television Critics Association Press Tour? — Sara
The TV Addict: Unfortunately, since Shonda Rhimes has trained her troupe a little too well when it comes to the oh-so dark arts of spoiler avoidance, the only thing we could get out of SCANDAL star Guillermo Díaz (Huck) is the following. “I know who Quinn is now and everyone else will know after the show’s first episode back. Or they think they might know. But a lot of questions will be answered in the first episodes and I think people will be really satisfied with it/ It definitely is going to change the relationships between everyone on the show. It’s going to change things for sure, but change can be good.”

PARENTHOOD scoop Please! — Bill
The TV Addict: In a not so subtle attempt to generate publicity for this critically acclaimed albeit ratings anemic series, Justin Bieber is coming to PARENTHOOD! Okay, not really. But a photo of the Lord of the Tweens will play a pivotal role in an upcoming fourth season episode that features Sarah (Lauren Graham) trying to make nice with her new bosses’ (Ray Romano) daughter.

Would very much love some VAMPIRE DIARIES spoilers to sink my teeth into. — Madison
The TV Addict: Now that Elena has been turned, VAMPIRE DIARIES fans best be bracing themselves for the stakes to be raised. Literally. Case in point, the show’s fourth episode of the season actually features two vampires getting burned at the stake. And while we don’t have word as to the identity of the unlucky duo, we can reveal that the event takes place in the Mystic Falls town square circa 1114 A.D and that it’s gonna be one hell of an episode.

Will Alicia Silverstone be returning to SUBURGATORY this season? Your answer will greatly affect whether or not I jump back on the bandwagon. — Dave
The TV Addict: Assuming of course you’re looking for Silverstone to hightail it out of Chatswin, consider today your lucky day. Luckier still, SUBURGATORY Showrunner Emily Kapnek took a very novel, some might call it un-Shonda-like approach in terms of sharing intel at a recent Television Critics Association Press Tour party celebrating ABC. “Alicia’s character is going home to have the baby which will allow us to move right into the George and Dallas stuff,” said a surprisingly candid Kapnek. “We also love Tessa’s chemistry with Ryan and while I don’ t know if we’re going to jump right into full-fledged relationship mode just yet, we have a lot of Tessa/ Ryan stories where he’s trying to ensure himself to her and you’ll get the sense that she’s warming up, or at the very least wearing down towards him.”

Will Michelle get any romance before BUNHEADS closes out what will hopefully be the first of many season? — Jamie
The TV Addict: Wait, let me get this straight… Hubbell’s body is barely in the ground and you’re looking for Michelle to move on? Talk about cold! That said, great minds — or callously insensitive ones must think alike because that’s precisely the question we posed to star Sutton Foster earlier in the week. “It’s a little too soon to seriously date, but Michelle is going to start having a some fun,” explained Foster. “I think she’s just starting to lift her head up, she’s had her head down for a while and now she’s started to lift her head up and open herself up potentially for love.” Which naturally raises the slightly awkward albeit painfully obvious question: Could Michelle’s potential love interest be Hubbell’s brother who [Spoiler Alert!] Producers recently put a casting call out for? Stay tuned…

Any idea who Nolan might be hooking up with when REVENGE returns this season? — Amber
The TV Addict: Actually, after recently having the opportunity to chat with his portrayer Gabriel Mann we’re more confused than ever. “I can say it’s a very international love which could apply to someone on the show or a new character.” said Mann who went on to explain that if nothing else, this second season has afforded creator Mike Kelley to delve even deeper into the characters he first introduced in season one. “What you’re going to start to see this season is that Nolan may have an agenda that diverges from that of Emilys. Perhaps secret family members, or involving the world of NolCorp. Mike’s [Kelley] intention is to take the cast of character we have and give them as much juice as possible. As to whether or not that means somebody is not going to make it, very likely. Will that be me? Possibly. I’m not quite ready to give up the Hamptons just yet as I’m having a great time on the show. But anything can happen.”
