Since you very own TV Addict no longer considers himself apart of the Halloween demographic (Read: Too old to trick-or-treat, too health conscious to gorge ourselves on candy) there is only one thing we look forward to come October. Namely, THE SIMPSONS “Treehouse of Horror.” Airing Sunday October 7th at 8PM on Fox (Global in Canada), this time-travel heavy 23rd annual edition transports audiences back to ancient times when a Mayan Homer and Marge are witness to the prediction that 2012 will be the end of the world, reveals an unholy pact with Satan Marge may have made as a child, and tells the tale of what happens when Bart’s attempt to jump back to 1974 to buy a comic book at cover price inadvertently disrupts Homer and Marge’s courtship.
