Since tonight’s United States Vice Presidential debate has put the kibosh on a brand new episode of GREY’S ANATOMY this week, we here at theTVaddict.com thought fans might enjoy a sneak peek at next weeks episode. According to the official ABC description, the October 18th installment entitled “Love the One You’re With” promises plenty of drama “when the survivors from the crash are asked to make an almost impossible decision that will affect the rest of their lives.” According to us, you can check out some very sneaky first look photos that purposely neglect to touch on the show’s steamy secondary subplots involving Alex attempting to “restrain himself with one of the interns” and growing tensions between Jackson and April for yourself, after the jump.
