Today’s TV Addict Top 5: Sizzling Quotes From Sunday’s REVENGE!

While we’ll always credit creator Mike Kelley for that awesome first season of REVENGE, we’ll also kinda blame him for the suckfest that season two became. But new showrunner Sunil Nayar has brought back everything we love about the Sunday sudser, including the epic snipefests between Victoria and Emily, the weekly takedowns and storylines that don’t feel like they were lifted from ALIAS. So what were our favorite lines from this week’s episode? So glad you asked!

“Turns out, blueberry muffins can calm even the most sociopathic heart.” Nolan declared this while in full-blown Betty Crocker mode. And how funny was it when the result of his culinary efforts made the rounds… eventually winding up back in his hands!
 
“Freelancing isn’t a profession, dear,” Conrad told Victoria of her son’s occupation. “It’s a hobby one has between bartending shifts.” While Patrick is being painted as a sheep among the wolves, we can’t help suspecting there’s more to this guy than perfect pecs and good intentions!
 
“I’m suffering from PTSD… Padma/Tyler Sexual Damage,” declared Nolan as he escorted out the boytoy du jour.
 
“He’s always viewed God as a competitor,” Victoria told Father Paul of Conrad.
 
“Once you start taking down kittens, I’m out!” Based on Twitter’s reaction, a lot of people agreed that Emily had gone too far in targeting a priest… at least until her too-late awakening. What we loved about this week’s takedown was that it served as a fantastic set-up for next week’s explosive-looking episode!
