On the Scene: 19th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards

Now that awards season is in full swing, theTVaddict.com is working overtime to get you behind the scenes. Airing on the CW network and filmed at the Santa Monica, California airport, the Critics Choice Awards were handed out last night to many familiar faces from television and the big screen. Oprah made a brief appearance on the red carpet before being mobbed by photographers. Bradley Cooper lent a hand when a young woman lost a shoe. Bruce Dern was waylaid by two women who lured him into an easy chair (yes, it was confusing as it sounds). With the glow of Oscar nominations still hanging in the air, Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto, Cate Blanchett, Forest Whitaker, Jonah Hill, and many others helped turn an unremarkable airplane hangar into a little slice of Hollywood heaven.
