Today’s TV Addict Top 5: Questions with 2 BROKE GIRLS star Matthew Moy

matthew moy 2 broke girls

Matthew Moy plays Han Lee on the outrageous CBS comedy 2 BROKE GIRLS. I spoke with Moy about his favorite scene, what he would like to see in season four, and what we can expect to see on tonight’s episode.

What has been one of your favorite scenes or episodes over the course of the shows run?
Matthew Moy: Actually last week’s episode my favorite guest star appeared, Hal Linden from BARNEY MILLER. He was such a pro to work wit he’s such a kind human being, he’s like eighty-six now and a veteran sitcom actor. It was so cool just to watch him do his thing.

Will we learn more about Han’s back-story in the upcoming episodes?
Matthew Moy: Not really, you got a good deep hard glimpse into Han’s life was with his mom in the stripper episode. The reason we don’t give away everyone’s back-story all at once is we hold them back for seasons to come.

Do you think they will ever reach their goal for the cupcake business?
Matthew Moy: I think they eventually will but like with anything in life there are lots of ups and downs and that’s what our story as a whole is about and that’s what we try to go through in the seasons. So I have no doubt that they will succeed but it will take time.

2 BROKE GIRLS recently got picked up for a fourth season! Is there anything you would like to see happen next season?
Matthew Moy: I would love to explore more into Han, Oleg (Jonathan Kite) and Earl’s (Garrett Morris) characters lives. That would be super fun, I love when we go back into our stories

What can you tell us about tonight’s episode?
Matthew Moy: Caroline (Beth Behrs) develops a little bit of a problem, sort of a gambling problem. So we get to have fun and deal with that and go out of the diner.

You can watch Matthew tonight on 2 BROKE GIRLS at 8:00 on CBS, and you can follow him on twitter at @TheMoyWonder
