Ratings: BLINDSPOT Has Strong Opening, MINORITY REPORT Opens Quietly

Monday night marked the first real night of the new fall season and NBC’s BLINDSPOT had a strong opening thanks to its lead-in THE VOICE. Over on Fox, freshmen series MINORITY REPORT had a rather quiet opening. On CBS, THE BIG BANG THEORY and SCORPION both scored good numbers for their season premieres and new comedy series LIFE IN PIECES also had a strong opening thanks to THE BIG BANG THEORY

NBC won the night in total viewers (11.6 million), followed by CBS (11.2 million), ABC (10.1 million) and Fox (3.8 million). See all numbers below (live + same day total viewers & adults 18-49 ratings).
