Oliver and Felicity have started a new life in the suburbs when ARROW begins its fourth season. Back in Star City (now renamed in memory of Ray Palmer), the new Team Arrow is fighting the good fight. Diggle has donned a costume, Thea is trying to be called the Red Arrow instead of Speedy and Laurel’s skills have really developed.
But problems arise when these “ghosts” come to town and start terrorizing the citizens of Star City. Damien Darhk is in charge of them and makes his presence known to our heroes. And so Thea and Laurel head out to ‘burbs to bring Oliver back because they need the Arrow’s help. He’s torn about whether he should return, but it appears that Felicity is just eager to help their friends.
ARROW returns for its fourth season on October 7 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
