BROOKLYN NINE-NINE saw a jump in its week 2 ratings for the new year, while QUANTICO held relatively steady in its second week. Meanwhile, NBC dominated the night with football, while MADAM SECRETARY and THE GOOD WIFE had solid premieres, although they were down from last year which good an extra boost from football.
